Three-stage design and construction. First stage: construction of a 400m2 warehouse and 88m2 office area. Second stage: construction of an identical office and warehouse with a mezzanine floor. Third stage: construction of a similar size warehouse with office and five smaller warehouses with offices and the completion of the driveway and carparks.
The project involved design and planning (all done in-house), bulk civil works, placement of building pad, structural steel erection, roof and wall cladding, wall framing, installation of roller doors, infrastructure, road works, landscaping, and coordination of finishing trades and subcontractors. Working closely with our subcontractors and regulatory authorities we were able to provide a high-quality finish within budget, meeting all deadlines and satisfying town planning requirements.
