Co-ordination and construction of a 1600m2 single story office and shed structure with gantry crane facility.
The project involved all elements of construction including: bulk earthworks, placement of building pad, infrastructure, road works, landscaping and fencing, structural steel erection, roofing and wall cladding, wall framing, installation of roller doors, and the coordination of finishing trades and subcontractors. Working closely with our subcontractors, the client and consultants we were able to deliver a high-quality finish within budget and contract deadlines; and to the satisfaction of town planning requirements.
